Discover an abundance of local history and some urban legend the Minneapolis City Hall and Courthouse in downtown Minneapolis. FREE tours are offered every other month on the Third Wednesday at noon by the Father of the Waters statute. Visitors can also explore the building on their own by stopping by the security desk in the rotunda and asking for a self-guided tour brochure.
During summer, Preserve Minneapolis offers unique walking tours that highlight the cultural and architectural treasures found throughout the city. Most tours are $8/person unless otherwise noted. More detailed tour information can be found on the Preserve Minneapolis website. Tours run from June-September.

The Walker Art Center is has FREE gallery admission every Thursday evening, 5-9 p.m. and the first Saturday of each month. Public tours are held Saturday and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and are FREE with gallery admission.
Admission to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is always FREE. FREE guided tours of the Garden are offered May through September on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 a.m. Guests should meet by the steps at the Vineland Place entrance to the Garden.
